The first model I ever kitbashed. The Scout Mouse is a combination of Dollar Store “Navy Seal” action figure parts and a tabletop war game walking tank. Using these two kits the goal of the kitbash was to design a vehicle that would be able to move fast through brush and wooded areas for search, rescue, and scouting. The mouse in the name came about when the lighting system from the Navy Seal boat was placed on top of the walking tank giving the vehicle cute mouse ears playing into the fast, agile, low armor feel of the design.
